FAQs

You may have questions about us. Here are some answers:

·       Are your products legit? – Yes, we only sell, authentic, genuine, and sealed Pokémon TCG products.

·       Are you a scalper? – How could you even ask? No, we are not scalpers, our stock is not sourced from Australian retail stores. We didn't start Hart of the Kards to take stock away from Australian collectors and lovers of Pokémon. We started our business in an attempt to increase the tight supply of Pokémon TCG products in Australia. All of our stock is sourced from verified wholesale suppliers, mostly in the United States and Canada.

·       Why aren’t your products sold at retail prices then? – You may have seen booster bundles sold at $54 at Kmart, or ETBs going for $100. In Australia, one primary distributor supplies to these stores, and only gives them limited stock. We sadly can’t access these supplies or pricing. Our international wholesalers are part of a secondary market, and therefore charge much higher prices. We try and give you, our customers, the best pricing we can, but this will almost always be above standard RRPs in Australia.

·       Why should I trust Hart of the Kards? – We get it. This space is rife with scalpers, shady sellers and nefarious individuals. Trusting a new store at their word is a tall ask, we know. But we hope that our products and service speak for themselves, and are enough to earn your trust.

·       How are your products shipped? – Our products are packed with the care of a lover, using only premium packaging materials, and promptly shipped to ensure your cards arrive safely and in the pristine condition that they, and you, deserve.

·       Where are you based? – We are based in Alexandria, in inner Sydney.

·       Do you have Set X or Product Y? Our range is what you see on our site. It is our long-term goal to becoming the most widely-stocked TCG store in Australia. The more you shop with us, the more products we can, and will, secure.

·       Do you offer cases? – We don’t offer whole sealed cases of product as of yet. It is something we’d love to do in the future though once we have the financial capacity.
