Hart of the Kards – Refund & Return Policy

Due to the highly collectible nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market, the risk of card searching, pack "mapping", and rapidly fluctuating market values, we strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any product once the factory seal, shrink-wrap, box flap, or foil pack has been broken or opened. Once a product, or products, are opened, it is considered used and cannot be returned for a change of mind under any circumstances.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or damage incurred during transit. 

If your order arrives damaged by the courier, do not open the internal product packaging or break the factory shrink-wrap. Take clear, high-resolution photos of the external shipping box and the damaged product immediately, and contact us at admin@hartofthekards.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate a swift replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
