Hart of the Kards – Terms of Service

Welcome to Hart of the Kards. This website is operated by HotK Collectables, trading as Hart of the Kards (ABN: 12 288 142 740). By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Market Volatility & Pricing
The TCG marketplace experiences sudden, volatile price fluctuations. By completing a purchase, you agree to the price at checkout. We do not offer retrospective price matches or refunds if a product's market value decreases post-purchase, nor will we charge you more if the value rises. We reserve the right to change displayed prices instantly without prior notice.

2. Pre-Orders & Distributor Allocation Cuts
Pre-orders allow you to secure upcoming products. However, rare instances occur where manufacturers or international distributors cut our physical allocations. In the event that our allocation is cut and we cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund. Hart of the Kards is not liable for any market price movements resulting from distributor stock shortages.

3. Error Correction (Pricing Typos)
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to an administrative or typographical error (e.g., a $180.00 booster box listed for $18.00), we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order immediately, even if a payment has been authorised and an order confirmation email has been issued.
